前鋒與後衛是一心同體！出自動畫《機動警察》，與警察用Labor一同運用的特殊車輛「98式特型指揮車+99式特型Labor運輸車」，化身為1/60比例組裝模型決定再次販售！・在設計師河森正治的徹底監修之下，將構造升級＆細節更新，變為更加現代的車輛決定版。・車體全長為29公分的魄力尺寸。各車輪以金屬製的車軸連接，為可旋轉設計。輪胎則為橡膠製。巡邏燈及窗戶為透明零件製。・牽引車除了車輪的前後轉動之外，在前輪還有一個左右擺動機構，使車體能左右轉動。重現車體上部的投光燈的收納＆展開機構，以及駕駛座的造型。・後部的多用途吊架，除了可搭載另售的MODEROID 英格蘭姆/Peacemaker/Valiant等於劇中登場的警察用Labor，還可作為固定Labor的活動手臂、起重機的旋轉，以及台階的伸縮機關。・承力支架有伸縮機關。多用途吊架可90度垂直頂起，能重現劇中印象深刻的裝載Labor的甲板效果！與同比例的指揮車為套組，重現特車二課的組成不可或缺的物品。搭配分色完成的成型色與部分上色完成零件，以及重現車體標誌的水轉印貼紙，組裝起來便能重現近似其劇中的樣貌。

Finally got my hands on this reissue—the 29cm length is even more imposing in person, and the clear plastic for the patrol lights and windows is a nice touch that makes it pop on the shelf.
