Finally got around to building this and the swap between the regular ダグラム and the hang glider version is way smoother than I expected—the soft polycap joints hold poses well even with the big wing up. Takes some glue for a few parts, but the detail on the glider frame really pops once it's together.

The hang glider setup locks in surprisingly tight once you apply the adhesive, and swapping it back to the standard form takes about two minutes. The soft plastic joints hold poses well, and seeing that rescue scene from episode 72 on my shelf makes the whole build worth it.
