Wasn't sure water-slides were worth the hassle over stickers, but these lay down so flat after a coat of mark setter. The sheet covers both kits and the gold emblems line up right where the molding has those blank spots. Took me an evening but the finished trim looks painted on.

The gold trim decals for the shield really pop once they're set, and they settled into the panel lines without any silvering. One sheet per kit was just enough for both models with a couple of spares left over.

Applying these took way longer than I expected, mostly because the sheet is so small at 155mm. Still, they went on smooth with a bit of setting solution and the markings really break up the plain gold plastic.
